How is this different from automated UX testing tools?
Automated tools measure performance, accessibility scores, and click patterns. We evaluate experience, the confusion, the friction, the moments where a real user would give up or go elsewhere. That context doesn’t show up in a Lighthouse report.
What do I actually receive at the end of an audit?
A structured written report documenting the full experience, prioritized findings, specific friction points, and actionable recommendations. Video walkthroughs of the audit session are available as an add-on.
Do you need access to our source code or internal systems?
No. We evaluate what your users see, the live application. No codebase access required, no internal dashboards unless they’re part of the user experience being audited.
Can I order more than one audit type?
Yes; and most clients do. An app audit paired with a competitor audit is our most requested combination. Bundling services is available at a reduced rate. Contact us for a combined quote.
How long does an audit take?
A single app audit typically delivers within 5–7 business days. Combined audits are scoped individually. Turnaround time is confirmed at the time of your request. Note: Competitor and Marketing audits may take longer to give us time to evaluate onboarding sequences.
